For returns, products can be returned within 30 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. The items must not have been used and must be returned with their original packaging intact. The refund is subject to standard bank clearing times and depending on the payment method can take up to 7 working days. If part of an order which was subject to a conditional Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer is cancelled, the offer may cease to apply. If any items are subsequently returned, the right is reserved to charge for the discount received as part of any conditional Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer.
For shipping, the fees are based on the order value. For orders under £10, the fee is £6.99. For orders between £10 - £39, the fee is £3.99. For orders between £39 - £49, the fee is £2.49. For orders over £49, delivery is free. The delivery is within 2-3 working days to Mainland & 2-5 working days to Highlands. An additional day is allowed for orders placed on bank or public holidays. Delivery is not currently offered to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
